Our User Conferences offer classroom style, in-person training and is usually hosted here at Pensacola Beach. While we do not currently have a conference scheduled, we will announce it via e-mail and our website when this becomes available.

If you have a question, you are welcome to call or e-mail us anytime. If you'd like to set up a training session with an Application Specialist, let us know a date/time, if you want a specific topic covered or general training, and how many people will be in attendance. We'll take care of the rest. We use screen-share and phone for you or your group to learn from a dedicated trainer.

About our Products

Yes, if you put a Windows environment onto your Mac. While Roctek must have a Windows environment to run, there are many ways to achieve this. Apple has instructions on their site for accomplishing this through Boot Camp. Follow this link for more info: Bootcamp. You can also use a Virtual Machine option through software such as VMWare™ or Parrells™.

Absolutely. You can download your software to as many different computers as you like; however, each license will only work on one computer at a time. To switch to a different computer, simply move your USB license security key to any computer that you want to use and launch the software. If on a LAN License, simply close the software on the current computer and launch on the desired computer.

There are 2 types of license sharing. The first is simply allowing anyone else to use your USB license security key. The second is our LAN license option. In the LAN scenario, the USB key will be left in one computer designated as the "server" and anyone that can access the same network as this "server" will be able to use the license. Each license will allow 1 concurrent user at a time, but you can add as many licenses to your LAN USB as you like. 

We support most standard file formats including PDF, DWG (CAD), DXF, LandXML, PNG, GIF, TIF, JPG, BMP, and more.

Absolutely. Roctek works on Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10.

If you have a Windows operating system and a standard USB port available, you're covered. The technical system requirements are included below for verification.

You can download your software to as many computers as you like via the Customer Login page. You should see a link next to your product for Get Full Version.

You can check your current version anytime within the software by clicking on "About" under the "Help" tab. A notification box should appear to alert you when a new version is available. If you want to check, you can click on "Release Notes" under the help tab to see our latest version number and the updates that it contained.

Your license ID# will be attached to your USB license security key. If the tag has come off, you can also view your license ID# when launching the software. The initial box that opens when the software launches will contain your license ID#, version #, and your company name.
